Accepted Payment Methods

the Sweet Life Images can take a variety of payment methods, to try to suit your needs. When deposits are required, the deposit will secure your date. Deposits on weddings are $200 and are non-refundable, but are applied toward the rest of your event fees.

We can take major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, via our own processing system or through PayPal if you wish. When you submit an order through our online shopping cart for prints or other items and you pay using your credit card, your information is kept safe. The number is split in two and never stored in the same place and kept separate from the other pertinent information so that even if an unauthorized individual would gain access to our server, there would not be enough information there for them to do anything with. We also use a secure certificate that verifies to you and your browser that we are who we say we are and that we take your private information seriously and will never share it with anyone for any reason. We can also take your information over the phone or in person and charge your session fees or other products to your card using a secure gateway on our phones. If you are uncomfortable sharing your credit or debit card information with us directly, we can also arrange to use PayPal.

We also take personal checks, cashier checks, money orders, and cash. Please do not mail cash. To pay anything via mail, please send a check or money order to the Sweet Life Images, LLC; 9132 Saddleback Trail; Bloomsdale, MO 63627.

Please note that products may be held or otherwise remain unordered until personal checks have cleared. In the event that we receive a returned personal check, you will have 2 weeks from that date to pay us with credit card, cash, or money order plus a $25 returned check fee. Accounts that remain unresolved after 2 weeks will be released to the Prosecuting Attorney.

In the event that your session or event requires a deposit, your date will be secured upon receipt of such a deposit and any money paid will go toward your final session/event fees. Deposits are non-refundable except in the case of a full cancellation on the part of the Sweet Life Images. In the event of inclement weather for outdoor photography sessions (not counting weddings or otherwise unchangeable events), your date will be rescheduled. Weddings will be reserved with a $200 deposit.
